Prerequisite(s): ACC 120 Corequisite(s): None This course introduces students to theoretical and practical aspects of asset and cash control investigations through internal audit and fraud investigation procedure used in corporate investigation. The emphasis is placed on procedures used to identify the absence of proper controls or the existence of improper activity, which creates illegal activity. Upon completion, students will be able to conduct fraud investigations including the collection of evidence and preparation of the case for criminal prosecution.
