An introduction to inorganic Chemistry. Topics include an introduction to matter and energy; measurement; atomic structure; chemical bonding and compounds; chemical reactions and reaction kinetics; stroichiometry; gases, liquids and solids; solutions; and acid base chemistry. A two-hour lab is included. note: if this course is to be used as a pre-requisite for Anatomy and Physiology and/or a health-related program, a grade of "C" or better is required.
