An introduction to the fascinating world found in Shakespeare's works.We will enter this world by exploring some of Shakespeare's sonnets followed by some of his play focusing on a tragedy, history and comedy, emphasizing for each Shakespeare's use of language and dramatic techniques as well as his timeless exploration of human behavior. our readings will be supplemented with filmed productions of the plays that bring the words and characters to life.
