This course provides a range of clinical experiences for the paramedic student to include clinical application of advanced emergency care. The student will be assigned to the following areas: Trauma Service Trauma and Medical Units (Orthopedics, Burns, Dialysis, Neurology, Endocrinology, Toxicology, Infectious Diseases). Other clinical assignment hours in this module may be utilized in Coronary Care and Telemetry Respiratory Therapy, Phlebotomy, Emergency Department, EMS, and Flex and Elective for a total of 90 contact hours. Prerequisites: EMS 133, EMS 200B Corequisites: EMS 131, EMS 134
