Prerequisite: MAT 141 Corequisite: None This course is the second of a two course sequence that develops a deeper understanding and appreciation of the basic concepts of mathematics. Emphasis is placed on probability, statistics, functions, introductory geometry, and mathematics of fi nance. Upon completion, students should be able to communicate orally and in writing these basic mathematical concepts and utilize technology as a mathematical tool. This course has been approved to satisfy the Comprehensive Articulation Agreement general education core requirements in natural sciences/mathematics. ( On Demand)
