A competency-based teaching experience for senior students working with children during their early childhood years. Students will work closely with master teachers and college supervisors in observing, recording, planning and evaluating activities that enhance the development of young children. The experience comprises half day participation, five days per week for two 7-1/2 week sessions, and is integrated with a one-hour weekly on-campus seminar with a college supervisor. (Upon determination, students will be placed in a community school/child care agency.) Prerequisites: eaC 100, 101 Corequisite: eaC 240
