This course is designed for fire fighters and those seeking a career in the fire service. This course provides information and experience in command and control techniques used at the scene of an emergency. It emphasizes decision-making, the act of commanding, authority, personnel, organizational structure, preplanning and training techniques. This is a California State Fire Marshal and California Fire Service Training and Education System (CFSTES) approved course. A minimum of 40 hours is required. Lecture Hours: 31? Lab Hours: 13?
