This course expands student knowledge and expertise in the technologies of the ceramic sculpture art form. Students will further study ceramic sculpture modeling techniques, and embellishing techniques. Glaze formulation and glaze application, combined with kiln loading and firing techniques will also be explored. With faculty guidance, students move toward development of a personal creative style. Students will be expected to develop a stronger critique and problem-solving process. May be taken for a total of three times.
