This course provides an introduction to the graphic arts through the exploration of screen printing. Instruction is centered on the graphic translation of digital, photographic, drawing and painting techniques into creative forms and applications. Rapid layering and multicolor printing will be applied to wide range of image possibilities in the production of original prints and artist and designer's multiples. Prerequisite: ART 105 Drawing and Composition I and/or ART 110 Two Dimensional Design or permission of instructor
