This course provides students with a basis and a context for effectively managing conflict. The course covers fundamentals of emotional intelligence and emotional intelligence competencies, a critical thinking model, various models of conflict management, dealing with disruptive and antagonistic behaviors, and the eight elements of effective conflict management.
