CREDITS: 4.00 This course focuces proper workforce behavior/conduct on the office and administrative environments. The course identifies and builds personal values, behaviors and attitudes that match employer requirement. Builds various foundations to assist leaners to choose their work behavior responses on an informed, strategic basis. Modules include: choosing for myself, choosing in my environment, choosing with others, self-esteem, freedom from work disruptive behavior, courtesy, emotional maturity, conscientiousness, trustworthiness, long term job commitment and safety on the job.
