CREDITS: .10 This course is designed to give the student the basic theory and practice in operation, preventive maintenance, and repair of small air-cooled engines. Emphasis will be placed on troubleshooting, adjustment, and minor repair on engines of the participants' choice. Participants must bring their own engine to class (lawnmower, chain saw, weed eater, etc.) for practical experience and repair. Textbook required.
