CREDITS: .10 Everyone can make a successful painting with a few insightful tricks. This course applies the study of color and composition to the creation of paintings in water-based acrylic paint. We will learn how to manipulate the paint to create a variety of expressive surfaces. Materials needed: Acrylic paints (cadmium red, cadmium yellow, ivory black, ultramarine blue, and titanium white), pencils, 1 canvas board, 4 canvas papers, plastic cups (for water), small and medium brushes, and old rags.
