The course runs concurrently with the Instrumentation and Process Control course. Application of control theory to actual processing, utilizing transmitters, controllers, actuators, and recorders. Calibration, maintenance, and trouble-shooting will be stressed. Computers, such as IBM compatibles, are used to help gather and analyze data.
