Prerequisites: PHED 35286 This course is an introductory survey course designed to help prepare health and exercise science teacher certification majors to teach relevant curriculum at the elementary school level. Students will be exposed to a number of important activities that comprise the focus of elementary school physical education. Methods, techniques and classroom management as they apply to teaching pertinent curriculum will be highlighted.
