Prerequisite: CIS 1140 or CIS 2321 This course provides students with the knowledge and skills required to set up, configure, use, and support Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) on Microsoft Windows NT. Topics include: planning a TCP/IP network; installing and configuring TCP/IP; using DHCP manager; Windows name resolution techniques; subnetting; and DNS name resolution.
