Prerequisites: CFC 102, CFC 103, CFC 105, SCT 100 Introduces floor finish coverings for residential construction projects. Emphasis will be placed on identification, estimation, and installation of various types of hard and soft floor coverings. This course introduces design, construction, and installation of fireplace trim. The course also introduces locating and installing cabinets and millwork. Topics include: identification of flooring materials; flooring estimation procedures; flooring installation procedures; fireplace trim; cabinets; and millwork.
