Topics include: installing Windows Professional; implementing, managing, and troubleshooting hardware devices and drivers; implementing, managing, and troubleshooting network protocols and services; implementing, managing, and troubleshooting security; configuring and troubleshooting the desktop environment; and monitoring and optimizing system performance and reliability.
