Prerequisite: CET 2178C or department approval This course is designed for individuals who work or intend to work in a remote-based support environment where customer service, client training, operating system and connectivity issues are emphasized. It will build on existing user-level knowledge and experience with personal computer software and hardware to present fundamental skills and concepts that are used in a remote technical support position. The objectives of this course are mapped to the CompTia 220-603 A+ Certification examination. (Special Fee: $30.00)
