1 Credit Business,Professional Studies Recreation Leadership Students explore various career options in the field of recreational and leisure services, employment trends, and job opportunities. Students also evaluate the alternatives of entering the job market with a two-year degree or transferring to a four-year program. Weekly guest speakers provide up-to-date information about specialty fields, including therapeutic recreation, parks management, corporate fitness, sports merchandising, YMCAs, and military recreation. Students visit community agencies as part of coursework requirements.
