It is designed for beginners who wish to travel to China, Taiwan, or other Chinese speaking Asian countries, or wish to converse with Chinese-speaking people in this country. You'll be introduced to the Chinese culture along with the language. Course includes: new words, sentence patterns, grammar and structures (explained and practiced) in conversations (Mandarin dialect) and cultural background. NOTE: This course has a required textbook.
