In this workshop, you will learn to understand personal, local and global issues surrounding food choices among children, develop a new outlook on children's health and well-being, and create better strategies for positive change in nutritional practices for your children and family through both large and small group discussions, activities, and journaling projects. Class includes research-based information on the topic at hand with feedback and guidance throughout the learning process.
