This class covers the basic history, the reflex areas of the hands and feet, and an elementary outline of the 12 body systems (in order to place the appropriate organs, glands, muscles, etc.) to help the beginner understand and practice the art of reflexology for themselves. Through the use of charts, hand-outs, tracing and "hands-on technique" you will gain an entirely new perspective on how to aid and take responsibility for one's own health.
