Too often the opinions, life stories and experiences of many women are not visible. Making these stories and experiences visible is one of the project's goals. Workshops provide a place for women to network and increase their knowledge-base while creating a safe space to share information and inspire the creative process, in short, the chance to network and dialog in the workshop setting is both enlightening and transformative. In this workshop, you will learn to identify the relationships, assumptions, values, and beliefs you have about food, uncover your personal memories and nostalgia related to food and eating, and speak about, capture and document your past and present relationships with food. Workshop consists of both large and small group discussions, activities, and journaling projects and includes research-based information on the topic at hand with feedback and guidance throughout the learning process.
