0 Credits Undeclared division Non Credit Courses This course will discuss all aspects of the brewing process. Upon completion, you will be familiar with the raw materials, process and packaging technology, different styles and brewing history. Class will be held right on the brewing floor of Keegan Ales, a working microbrewery in Kingston. After a brief introduction, this class will begin with a tour of the brewery while discussing the materials and process. The topic will then turn to style guidelines, a history of those styles and a general brewing history, followed by a tasting and question and answer session in the brewery's taproom. PREREQUISITE: You must be 21 or over to register for this class. NOTE: This course has a materials fee (paid to the instructor at the first class).
