3 Credits Visual Arts, MUS, & THE Music This course is designed for students with a strong foundation in music theory to explore the use of the computer and the midi keyboard in a variety of applications. The students will learn the software while completing projects in song writing,arranging and recording. Composition and four part harmony will be addressed as well as the creation of a variety of music files for sampling and recording. Prerequisite: MUS 102 or MUS 153 or by advisement.
