0 Credits Undeclared division Health and Safety Institute The Incident Command System is the model tool for command, control, and coordination of a response. Using the Internet, students will be able to obtain the understanding on how to coordinate the efforts of individual agencies as they work toward the common goal of stabilizing the incident and protecting life, property, and the environment. The course uses principles that have been proven to improve efficiency and effectiveness in both business settings and emergency responses. At the end of the course, students will be required to complete an online final exam to qualify for a certificate of completion. A minimum score of 80% is required to receive certification. Students will need to make arrangements for taking the online final, as it needs to be proctored; please call 845-687-5012 when ready to take the final.
