The course emphasizes vocabulary building and training in fluency and grammatical accuracy. Students read and discuss a variety of literary and journalistic selections. In addition, they watch French videos and listen to French radio magazines. Prerequisite: Five years of high school French, FRE 202 or equivalent, or by advisement.
