3 Credits Math,Science,ENGR, & TECH Industrial Technology Students learn the basic principles and practices of commercial architectural drafting. Students produce drawings of a commercial building using the AutoDesk Revit Building program. Students become acquainted with the NYS building codes as they apply to commercial buildings and apply them to their projects. Students view existing plans of completed commercial buildings exposing them to standard practices used in industry. 1 hr lecture, 4 hrs lab. Prerequisites: IND 126 and IND 201.
