0 Credits Undeclared division Defensive Driving Courses Prevent and avoid accidents through techniques developed and updated by the National Safety Council and approved by the New York State Department of Motor Vehicles. This six-hour class allows you to save 10% on auto liability, no-fault, and collision insurance premiums for three years. You also receive a reduction of up to 4 points on your driving record toward points accumulated prior to class completion. Please bring your NYS Driver's License or Permit to class. You may bring a lunch requiring no refrigeration. ADVANCE REGISTRATION REQUIRED: Registration and full payment must be received by 10:00 am of the business day prior to the class start date. REMINDER: You MUST BE ON TIME for this class. NYS DMV requires all students attend and complete all 6 hours, therefore anyone who is late will not be admitted.
