0 Credits Undeclared division Driver Education Program The effects of alcohol/drugs on driving perceptions and defensive driving techniques are the emphasis of this class. At the conclusion, you will be issued an MV278 completion certificate, which is required to take the road test. You must bring your New York State Learner's Permit to class. This class meets the New York State Department of Motor Vehicles classroom requirement in driver safety education. You may bring a lunch requiring no refrigeration. ADVANCE REGISTRATION REQUIRED: Registration and full payment must be received by 10:00 am of the business day prior to the class start date. REMINDER: You MUST BE ON TIME for this class. NYS DMV requires all students attend and complete all 5 hours, therefore anyone who is late will not be admitted.
