35 Credits Undeclared division Development Cntr for Business This class will look at the various theories, modalities, and techniques currently used in the field of addictions. Theories of special significance will be reviewed in depth to give the student a broad knowledge base to choose from when performing diagnostic and treatment approaches. Emotion, intellect, and behavior principles and concepts will be synthesized to assist the counselor to address the whole person. Upon completion of the course, the student will have a clear understanding of the process of individual counseling. This training provides 35 credit hours for those seeking credentialing.
