0 Credits Undeclared division Development Cntr for Business All licensed and certified real property appraisers must complete this seven-hour National USPAP update course at least once every two calendar years and within their license/certification renewal period. Completion of this online course may be counted toward the 28-hour continuing education requirements for appraisers. Topics include historical development and adoption of USPAP, including the preamble, definitions, rules, standards, and statements as promulgated by the Appraisal Standards Board of the Appraisal Foundation.
