12 Credits Undeclared division Development Cntr for Business This course meets the 45-hour NYS educational requirements for Licensing as a Broker. Topics covered will include Real Estate Agency Disclosure, Local Concerns, the Broker's Office, Real Estate Finance II, Real Estate Investments, General Business Law, Construction & Development, Conveyance of Real Property, Title Closing & Costs, Property Management, and Taxes and Assessment. Successful completion of the course requires 90% attendance and passing of the final exam. This 45 hour course is also approved for continuing education. Textbook not included in course price but can be purchased the first day of class by either cash or check.
