3 Credits English,COM,For Lang, & PHI Communications This course combines theory and hands-on experience to teach the fundamentals of video production from conception to finished product. In addition to learning how to plan and script a variety of show formats, students will be introduced to and work with production equipment and techniques, producing individual and group exercises. Skill areas will include scripting, storyboarding, camera operation, floor direction, video switching, audio, and set design. Prerequisite: COM 124 or by advisement. Prerequisite or corequisite: ENG 101.
