3 Credits English,COM,For Lang, & PHI Communications A continuation of COM 114, this course focuses on both the receptive and expressive knowledge and use of Sign English (pidgin sign). Students are introduced to the basics of the interpretive process and the Code of Ethics for Interpreters. Development of interactive abilities is taught in a variety of communicative situations. Prerequisites: COM 113 and COM 114 or by advisement.
