This course covers instruction in the proper use and application of various hand and power tools used in the sheet metal trade. Sheet metal trade and tool safety is also covered in this unit. The student is also introduced to different sheet metal types and their proper applications as well as mechanical drawing for developing and laying out patterns for sheet metal to be cut and formed.
