Build knowledge about the hospitality industry and apply those skills at work. The TC3 Hopitality Services Certificate is designed for current or future hospitality employees wanting to expand their competence and improve delivery of excellent coustomer service. Increased competition and sophistication in sevice standards has caused an increased demand for better-qualified hospitality service professionals. TC3 has a 30-year reputation of training hospitality leaders. Utilizing this strength, TC3 has designed this program collaboratively with hopitality industry leaders, employers, and educators. Completion of all six required workshops will result in the Hospitality Services Certificate, two NYS ServSafe certificates, and as many as six college credits for participants deciding to obtain a Hotel and Restaurant Management degree at TC3.
