Whether your are new to the HR profession, have assumed new responsibilities, need to familiarize yourself with new policies and best practices, or have been "winging it", this series of classes will give you a solid grasp of this rapidly evolving field. Supervisors and managers, these workshops will help you to partner effectively with the HR function in your organization, and insure that you are all "on the same page", especially in regard to consistent, fair and legal practices. Workshops will provide you with information, tools and materials that you can put to use as soon as you get back to the office, and will be highly interactive.
