Successful completion results in NYS credential through Cornell University. Emerging approaches to organizational management emphasize strengths, collaboration and self-determination. This curriculum is based on the nationally recognized and NYS-endorsed Family Development Credentialing training for front line family workers (see CECP 108 01). The theory and practice of a strength-based approach reaches beyond family work to the supervisor, department heads, organization or business leaders, and ultimately community decision-makers.
