Focuses on contemporary management techniques with a minimal amount of time devoted to the personnel function. The course introduces students to the basic managerial functions of planning, organizing, staffing, directing, and controlling. Class time is also devoted to total quality management and computer use in management. Prerequisite: Prior completion or concurrent enrollment in ENGL 101. 3 Cr. (3 Lec.) Fall and spring semesters.
