2 credits Prerequisite: RTE 2584. This course is offered to Radiographers currently registered and in good standing with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT). This mammographic clinic education course meets at local hospitals and imaging centers to give the student an opportunity to apply theoretical concepts to clinical situations. Topics include patient care and education, imaging procedures, positioning, instrumentation and applied techniques. Approximately eight clinical laboratory hours weekly.
