This course is designed to acquaint the student with appropriate page layout and design software on a microcomputer to produce professionally published documents. This course includes a discussion of basic design principles, as well as various desktop publishing software applications and hardware used in the field. The course may be repeated five (5) times for a total of six (6) credits if different software is used. 16 contact hours.
