This course is designed for middle grades pre-service teachers to develop reflective practice in the areas of communication, planning, instruction, and assessment. In this course, pre-service teachers will learn how to help middle grade learners (grades 5-9) acquire essential meta-cognitive strategies and responsible behaviors to prepare them for high school. 47 contact hours.
