This course provides the student an overview of criminal acts that can be committed with the use of a computer and the Internet, how computer related crimes are committed and how computer related crimes are investigated. The legal issues involved in the prosecution of computer related crimes will also be explored. Topics include the Internet and investigative software tools. 47 contact hours.
