2 credits Prerequisite: CTS 1101 or permission of the instructor. This is a survey course designed to introduce the concepts of multimedia. Students will be exposed to different areas of multimedia that include text, images, audio, video and animation. Students will have the opportunity to learn how to manipulate text, capture images, produce audio and video, and simple animations. They will learn to combine the components into presentations. 32 contact hours.
