3 credits Prerequisite: CEN 1304. This course provides students with the knowledge and skills necessary to plan and maintain a Microsoft Windows Server network infrastructure. Topics covered will be the various services that enable the infrastructure such as Domain Name System (DNS), Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP), Windows Internet Name Service WINS, and the various services that enable security in the infrastructure. This course may be repeated up to three (3) times with a different version of the software which has a substantial or significant change. 47 contact hours.
