3 credits The purpose of this course is to address the implementation and desktop support needs of customers that are planning to deploy and support Microsoft Windows XP Professional in a variety of stand-alone and network operating system environments. This course will address customers' needs for knowledgeable personnel that can support desktops running Windows XP Professional. This course may be repeated up to three (3) times with a different version of the software which has a substantial or significant change. The cost of the textbook is included in the lab fee. 47 contact hours.
