This course is an in-depth look at the challenges and responsibilities of a construction job site superintendent. Major topics to be covered include job site management, workplace safety, long range and short range planning, project estimating and scheduling. Emphasis will be on developing the critical thinking skills necessary to become a successful construction job site superintendent. 47 contact hours.
