P This course introduces the student to the fundamental definitions, principles and strategies of leadership. The course will define leadership, identify the qualities which are inherent within leadership, describe the skills required to motivate others to follow one?s leadership, and encourage the students to accept the challenge of leadership. The topics presented will include defining appropriate models of leadership, clarifying purpose, setting goals, and developing motivation. There are no prerequisites for this course
